Peak Hockey runs youth hockey camps in Chetwynd, BC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website and register for a camp, and how we use it.

When you register, we collect the player's name and date of birth, the parent or guardian's name, email, and phone number, an emergency contact, and any notes you choose to share (like allergies or things to work on). Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
How we use it
We use your information to register your player, run the camps, contact you about your registration, send camp details and updates, and process payment. We may send helpful camp emails, and you can unsubscribe any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it with the services that help us run the camps, like our payment processor (Stripe) and our email provider. We may use tools like Facebook to measure and improve our ads.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and only keep it as long as we need it to run the camps and keep our records.
Children's information
Camp registrations are completed by a parent or guardian, who provides the player's information.
Your choices
You can ask to see, update, or delete your information at any time. Just email us.
